Token burning will happen to a portion of our recycled $XWG (***Recycle pool, 100% for one year***) and when $XWG is received through transaction fees. 2. A Burning Tax will be implemented to limit abusive behaviors and a “Loot Box” style mechanism will allow players to burn their $XWG and NFTs for a chance to receive exclusive rewards. 3. In the future, X World Games will announce token burning on outside revenue streams by swapping a fixed portion (***50% profit***) of the quarterly profit to $XWG to burn. As well as implementing DAO governance burning mechanisms to require players to burn $XWG to vote on specific DAO events. 4. All burnt amounts of $XWG will be removed from the circulation. ### How is “Token Burning” Positive? The positive output of token burning benefits the project and token holders. Token burning helps with stabilizing the value of a coin and minimizing the risk of potential price inflation. By burning $XWG tokens and reducing the supply of $XWG in circulation, we will improve the stability of the coin and the X World Games ecosystem. ## Our “Burning” Plans to Come ### **Upgrades to our Pool systems** Our existing Recycle Pool, made up of a combination of Dream Card v1 & v2 card upgrades and equipment purchases, is currently designed to circulate $XWG back into our ecosystem and into our Rewards Pool. Our plan will be to upgrade by issuing a portion of that transaction fee to be automatically sent to our token-burning wallet address. This % of $XWG, ***estimated to be 50%-70%***, will be designated to be burned and will be removed from circulation. ### **Dream Card NFT and Token Burning** To be developed and announced, XWG will work to upgrade our ecosystem by introducing Dream Card NFT and $XWG token burning for rewards. Similar to your standard “Loot Box” or “Gachapon Ticket”, players will be able to choose to burn a combination of their tokens or NFTs in order to receive a randomly generated Dream Card hero with randomly generated stats. A secret combination of the two burning mechanisms will also give players the chance to combine their NFTs and $XWG to burn and receive an exclusive Dream Card Hero evolution. ### **Burning Tax** X World Games is determined on building an ecosystem that can welcome all players and deter the misuse of our ecosystem. We look to improve and reduce the acts of abusive behaviors by implementing a Burning Tax to subside misuse and rebalance our ecosystem. Our Burning Tax will be implemented periodically or on specific events where misuse has taken place, this will solely be dependent on where we need to address and decrease abusive behaviors. ## Our Future “Burning” Plans ### **Profit Burn** X World Games is set to partner up and integrate with many third-party companies to build and developed various market verticals in the gaming and entertainment industry. With those additional avenues of revenue, XWG will experience an influx of profit coming from outside of our Play to Earn ecosystem. We're looking for a self-starter that thrives in fast-paced workplaces and can collaborate with a variety of internal team members to reach shared results; a person that’s thorough and doesn’t mind taking extra steps to get the job done. **Responsibilities** * Create high-quality, engaging graphic designs for a variety of platforms. * Create featured photos, infographics, charts, and graphs for the X World Games blog's graphic design. * Create paid media marketing materials and graphics. * Apply our current branding/styling standards to all of your creations. * Take part in team/company projects, product meetings, and brainstorming sessions. * As needed, provide additional content and asset creation assistance to the Marketing team. * Organize designs and other digital documents used in the process in our digital shared drive so that other team members may readily access them. * Ability to produce graphics in a short amount of time. The business is fast-paced, and sometimes the candidate has to meet tight deadlines unexpectedly. **Requirements:** * 2+ years of graphic design experience with a proven strong/engaging portfolio * Basic understanding of blockchain, DeFi, crypto memes, P2E, and the sector as a whole. * Outstanding inventiveness, adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. * Fluency in communication design (composition, typography, color, illustration, and movement) * Ability to produce content and design that adheres to defined style guide and brand identity criteria. * Knowledgeable in marketing, advertising, user psychology, and conversion optimization. * Highly skilled in all aspects of design, including Adobe Creative Suite programs, Sketch, Invision, Figma, and etc. **Good to have:** * ACG-Lover (Animation, Comics, and Games) * Video editing skills such as Final Cut and etc. * Basic knowledge in game development and blockchain smart contracts. * It's a plus if you can communicate in a second language at a native level. **Benefits:** * Attractive and competitive salary & token package with your options. * Work in a very dynamic environment and be part of an international team * Flexible working hours and startup environment. * Young & flat team structure.
